Wrist Injury with Four Surgeries

About four years ago I tore a ligament in my wrist. Every time I've been released to return to work I've had to get surgery.

So as of today I've had four surgeries. I'm feeling that I will not be able to do my job like before because I'm still having some issues with my wrist. What can I do about this?

Your facts are quite brief, but I will do my best to offer guidance: If this was a personal injury suit and you have already settled the case, unfortunately there is likely nothing you can do at this stage, four years later.

If however this is an "open" workers compensation case, you must return to your physician and explain the circumstances to your worker's compensation adjuster and your employer.

It is only with "open" cases that have not yet been completely settled that you have any options for continued pain and potential permanent damage.
