Slip and Fall on a Rainy Day...

I slipped and fall in a supermarket as I entered the door, it was a rainy day. I didn't see any signs that said the floor was wet.

I injured my right leg from the knee all the way down to the foot. Now I have fluid in my knee and second degree ligament sprain. So far that I know of I have to go to an orthopedist to find out what else is wrong with my leg. Is there anything I can do to get compensation for my injuries?

It would appear the landlord may be liable for your injuries. The store has a duty to make their property safe for all who enter.

If your right leg or knee had not been previously injured, and your physician can be reasonably sure your injuries resulted from your recent fall, the supermarket should be completely liable for your injuries and as a result should compensate you appropriately.
