6. See if they discuss their peer review rating in AVVO or Martindale Hubbel. Is it the highest possible.

7. Look for testimonials from other clients.

8. See if they are active in lawyer associations in your type of claim.

9. Look to see if they have authored any article and books

Call at least 2 lawyers you like the best and have provided information that you are looking for and schedule a free consultation. You want someone that has experience and has been to trial. you want someone highly regarded by their peers and clients. You want to make sure that the attorney will handle your case.
