I'm wondering what's a fair settlement offer for an accident where the other driver was found 100 percent at fault. My injuries were a bruised chest from the air bag and two broken ribs from the seat belt. I also got pneumonia as a result of the chest injury. Total weeks down was 10. Thanks for any info you can give.
