Injury-Settlement-Guide.com was created to help average people understand the personal injury claim and settlement process. Too often in our society we mistakenly learn to fear the big, bad insurance companies and think only lawyers have the answers.

Injury-Settlement-Guide.com gives someone with no legal background the ability to get a fair settlement in minor personal injury claims. It's an informal site written in plain English with the legal expertise of the following contributors:

Judge Anthony P. Calisi, JD (a.k.a. "Law Guy") has experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, Chief Felony Prosecutor, Criminal Defense Attorney and he spent 10 years on the bench as a State Municipal Judge. This wide range of experience gives him a unique set of skills and expertise. Very few attorney-educators have the breadth of knowledge afforded by Judge Anthony.

Charles Gueli, JD has been a practicing New York Personal Injury Attorney for over 15 years. He specializes in auto accidents, premises liability/slip and falls, construction accidents, and labor law. He's worked both sides of the personal injury arena (for insurance companies and injury victims) so he knows all the adjusters' tricks. He now has his own practice exclusively representing victims of negligence.
