Taking Money From My Child's Settlement...
by Anonymous
(USA)
I am a single parent and my son was awarded $206,000 dollars in a settlement. I was given permission to use $1,000 per month but I have taken far more due to circumstances and poor judgement.
Will I go to jail or lose my son?! Please help and give me guidance on how I can pay the money back and avoid complications with my son. Thanks.
