Kid Injured While At a Playground
by Anonymous
Two children are playing football at a playground. One child stumbles and bumps their head on a playground structure. The parents of the injured child are suing after filing a report, 2 months after the incident.
What should the defendant do in this situation? Do the parents have a case?

Answer:Parents may have a case depending on what caused the child to fall and if the playground's construction conformed with all codes.
Defendant should notify their insurance carrier - if they haven't already. The carrier will assign a law firm to handle it.
Good luck,
