Exposure to chemicals causing Seborrhoeic Dermatitis...

I was exposed to dangerous chemicals. In 1983 I was diagnosed with Seborrhoeic Dermatitis. I was treated for this condition up until around 1999. Even though the creams & washes I was prescribed helped ease the severe symptoms, it would never clear up completely.
To this day I still have this condition. It flares up with exposure to hot humid weather. It stings badly when I sweat & my face, head, under arms, groin & chest itch, stings & turns red. All areas scale up & flaking occurs.
As treatment initially was from 1983 to 1999 by skin specialists and up until now GP's, do you know in what year a doctor would consider this condition to be permanent?
