Can I File Personal Injury and Workers Comp Claims Together?

I was in my work truck at a stand still in a work zone. A lady hit me in the rear with her vehicle doing 60 mph. I'm wondering if I can collect from workers comp and the lady's insurance company?

Rob:
We will give you the attorneys answer – “Maybe”. What we mean is if you were “on the job” when you were hit, you should be able to collect from your Workmen’s Compensation insurance.
You may also pursue a separate settlement from the insurance company representing the at-fault driver.
Since laws change frequently and across jurisdictions you should get a personalized case evaluation from an attorney licensed in your state (if you haven't already). Find an experienced local attorney to give you a
