The purpose of this website is to help average people understand the personal injury claim & settlement process. We created an informal site written in plain English to give someone with no legal background the ability to get a fair settlement - with or without a lawyer.
We don't want you to be in the dark. Too often in our society we're taught to be afraid of insurance companies, and taught that only lawyers have the answers. This simply isn't true. There's no reason why you should feel helpless after suffering an injury as the result of someone else's negligence.
My name is Arthur Gueli. I've put this site together along with the legal expertise of my brother, Charles (a licensed attorney who's worked on both sides of the personal injury legal game - for plaintiffs and defendants). This legal background gives us the unique perspective of knowing how both the plaintiff and the defendant (or their insurance company) each approach the settlement process.
