Injury-Settlement-Guide.com was created to help average people understand the personal injury claim & settlement process. Too often in our society we learn to be afraid of insurance companies and believe only lawyers have the answers. This shouldn't be true.

While we always recommend you get a free initial consultation with an experienced personal injury attorney, sometimes hiring an attorney isn't needed (or maybe you can't find an attorney to take your case).

Injury-Settlement-Guide.com gives someone with no legal background the ability to get a fair settlement in minor personal injury claims. It's an informal site written with the legal expertise of the following contributors:
Anthony P. Calisi, JD has experience as a Police Officer, Chief Felony Prosecutor, Personal Injury Attorney, Criminal Defense Attorney and 10 years as a State Municipal Judge. This wide range of experience gives him a unique set of skills and expertise. Very few teachers or attorneys have the breadth of knowledge afforded by Judge Anthony.
Charles Gueli, JD has been a practicing New York Personal Injury Attorney for over 13 years. He specializes in auto accidents, premises liability/slip and falls, construction accidents and labor law. He's worked both sides of the personal injury arena (for insurance companies and injury victims) and knows all the adjusters' tricks. He now has his own practice exclusively representing victims of negligence.
